Ya Adheeman (Oh Most Magnificent!)

Album: Fartaqi
- by Ahmed Bukhatir

English Translation

My soul is brightened by a light in my heart
When I praised God of mankind
And my soul is cheered up and the tears were flowing
Oh God! guide my heart to reason

In the tranquility of the night I pray during worshiping
While the black darkness is all around me
Oh Kind! Oh Most Merciful! Oh Most Forbearing!
Oh Kind! Your gifts are endless
Oh All-Hearing! Oh Answerer! Oh Most Magnificent!
Oh Creator of the strong predatory animals! Guide me
Guide me to truth, God

I depend on your guidance today
Oh God of the universe! You are my aid
You are the refuge of man in the afterworld
Here I am God, asking your forgiveness
Forgive me and grant me my wish

Stop Being a Glass

The old Master instructed the unhappy young man to put a handful of salt in a glass of water and then to drink it.
"How does it taste?" the Master asked. "Awful," spat the apprentice.

The Master chuckled and then asked the young man to take another handful of salt and put it in the lake.
The two walked in silence to the nearby lake and when the apprentice swirled his handful of salt into the lake,
the old man said, "Now drink from the lake."

As the water dripped down the young man's chin, the Master asked, "How does it taste?" "Good!" remarked
the apprentice. "Do you taste the salt?" asked the Master. "No," said the young man.

The Master sat beside this troubled young man, took his hands, and said, "The pain of life is pure salt;
no more, no less. The amount of pain in life remains the same, exactly the same.
But the amount we taste the 'pain' depends on the container we put it into. So when you are in pain,
the only thing you can do is to enlarge your sense of things.....
Stop being a glass. Become a lake!"

Pilgrimage towards Allah

Here I am O Allah, (in response to Your call), here I am.
Here I am, You have no partner, here I am.
Indeed all the Praise, Grace and Sovereignty belong to You.
You have no partner.

Pilgrimage towards Allah - By Raihan
(translated from Malay to English)

Going for hajj means going to face Allah the Only God,
Bringing heart which is shamed,
Giving gift to Allah,
Be careful when facing Him.

Every slave going for hajj with good intention
Pure heart and good akhlak,
Halal wealth and clean heart,
Pious intention and good amal.

Going for hajj, you must have knowledge about it,
So that you complete its rukn (stepwise)
validity will be observed,
So that your 'amal (deeds) is not wasteful.

Going hajj, you must take care of your akhlak
Regulations and akhlak must also be observed
Performed it with peace and tawaddu’,
you must have patience and cooperation,
Don't be pushing other human.

Being in haraam, be careful of its rule
Going for hajj it’s not the time for shopping
Remember to straighten your intention
So that your hajj will be accepted.

Observed the rule which can ruin your hajj
Get away from maksiat which is wasteful
Fear Allah and remember Him always
So that we have soul of a slave.

Mechanic & Doctor

A mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a car when he spotted the famous heart surgeon
in his shop, who was standing off to the side, waiting for the service manager to come to take a look at his car.

The mechanic shouted across the garage,"Hello Doctor!! Please come over here for a minute."

The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic.

The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag and asked argumentatively,
"So doctor, look at this. I also open hearts, take valves out, grind 'em, put in new parts, and when I finish this will
work as a new one. So how come you get the big money, when you and me is doing basically the same work? "

The doctor leaned over and whispered to the mechanic."Try to do it when the engine is running".

Zakat - have you paid its due?

Zakat Income:
2.5% of (All the income minus allowable deduction)

Allowable deduction among others:
- personal deduction of 85gram of gold price
- money given to parents
- basic expenditure for wife (if not working) and childrens;
- pension fund contribution (KWSP)

Assuming price of 1 gram gold is RM94, therefore:
85gram of gold is = RM94 x 85 = RM8000

Allowable deduction:
- wife (housewife) - RM3000 / year (if wife is working she need to calculate and pay Zakat seperately)
- 1 children RM1000 / year
- Parents (e.g RM200/month) - RM200 x 12 = RM2400 / year
- KWSP e.g. RM2000 / year

Let say if you have 2 childrens and your wife is not working, total allowable deduction is:
RM8000 + RM3000 + RM(1000x2) + RM2400 + RM2000 = RM17,400

Now, let us see about your income.
Considering your salary is RM2000/month, special night shift allowances RM500/month, annual bonus is RM2000,
and you have income from apartment rent out of RM500/month.

Total Annual Income is:
Salary + Allowances + Other income i.e Rent (RM2000+RM500+RM500) x 12= RM36000, Bonus = RM2000
Total = RM36000 + RM2000 = RM38,000

Therefore, chargeable Annual Zakat Income is (Total income (minus) Allowable deduction) x 2.5%,
(RM38000 - RM17400) x 2.5% = RM20600 x 2.5% = RM515

You have to pay RM515 annually as your Zakat Income.

But, wait a moment. How about your Zakat Savings and Zakat Gold? What about Zakat from your Shares, Zakat
on your Business?

Zakat is one of the 5 pilliars of Islam. Therefore, it is mandatory for every muslim to have the knowledge about it.
The least is to know the type of the Zakat and to pay it at its due.

Zakat Savings:
When the haul of 1 year is reached, as long as the minimum amount of saving for that haul is more than 85gram
gold price (i.e. RM8000), then 2.5% of it is the Zakat Savings.

e.g. Minimum total savings for that year which reached 1 year haul is RM20,000. Therefore:
Zakat Savings = RM20,000 x 2.5% = RM500

Zakat Gold:
As long as total gold in possession which already reached 1 year haul whether it is being worn or not is more
than 85gram (some difference of oppinion exist regarding this matter), 2.5% of it is the Zakat Gold.

e.g. Your wife have gold worth 150 gram which reached the 1 year haul:
150 gram x RM94 = RM14,100
Zakat Gold = RM14100 x 2.5% = RM352.5

Zakat Fitrah (youself, your wife and your 2 childrens) = RM7 x 4 = RM28

Generally, medium income person will fall under all these Zakat payable category:
Zakaty Income---RM 515.0
Zakat Savings----RM 500.0
Zakat Gold--------RM 352.5
Zakat Fitrah-------RM 28.0
------------------------RM1395.5

Therefore, total Zakat that is to be paid is RM 1395.5 for that year.

For detail information and Quranic and Hadith sources of Zakat, kindly seek the knowledge of Zakat among

Intel® Core™2 Processors

INTEL Processor models vary according to cache size, clock speed and RAM speed. If you run compute-intensive
programs, the more L2 Cache you have the better. If, however, you use your PC for gaming, streaming video or
watching movies, the size of your L2 Cache is not as significant as having a speedy Front Side Bus and some
juiced up Clock Speed.

A higher number within a processor class or family generally indicates more features, including: cache, clock speed,
Front Side Bus, or other Intel technologies. A higher processor number may also have more of one feature and less
of another.

Processor numbers for the Intel® Core™2 processors family brands are categorized with an alpha prefix followed by
a four digit numerical sequence. The table below explains the alpha prefixes used for the Intel Core 2 processors
families.

Alpha Prefix ------- Description

QX
------------------ Desktop or mobile quad-core extreme performance processors
X ------------------ Desktop or mobile dual-core extreme performance processors
Q ------------------ Desktop quad-core high performance processors
E ------------------ Desktop energy efficient dual-core processors with TDP greater than or equal to 55W
T ------------------ Mobile highly energy efficient processors with TDP 30-39W
P ------------------ Mobile highly energy efficient processor with TDP 20-29 W
L ------------------ Mobile highly energy efficient with TDP 12-19W
U ------------------ Mobile ultra high energy efficient with TDP less than or equal to 11.9W
S ------------------ Mobile small form-factor with 22x22 BGA package

The Spider

Allah, the Almighty, said: (The parable of those who take protectors other than Allah is that of the spider,
who builds (to itself) a house; but truly the flimsiest of houses is the spider's house;- if they but knew)

Surat Al-Ankabot: 41

Zoologists today know more than thirty thousand types of spiders which vary in sizes (from less than a millimeter
to ninety millimeters), shapes and colors. Most spiders live in the wild, mostly alone except at times of mating and
egg hatching. The spiders’ environment extends from sea level to heights of five thousand meters.

The spider might stay in its house, where it practices all life's activities, or it might have a nest or a hideout other
than the house, which is connected to the house by a thread known as the trap thread. The spider escapes to this
hideout at times of danger.

In Lissan Al-Arab, under the subject (ankab), it was mentioned that the (ankaboot “spider”) is an animal which
weaves in the air, and on the mouth of the well, a flimsy thin web.Al-Ankaboot maybe masculine or feminine.
Al-Moubarid said: al-ankaboot is feminine and can be used for the masculine.

Naming the noble surat with the singular form (Al-Ankaboot “The Spider") indicates the solitary life of this animal,
except at times of mating and egg hatching. This can be compared to the two surats Al-Nahel (The Bees) and
Al-Namel (The Ants), where the names are plural since these insects live in groups.

In this noble Quranic verse, there is a clear indication that the female spider is the one mainly undertaking the
building of the house. Consequently, building the spider's house is a mission shouldered by the female spiders.
It is the female which has in its body the glands for secretion of the silk material from which the spider’s house
is woven. It is here where we find the scientific miracle in Allah's (the Almighty) saying: builds to itself a house.

In the Almighty's saying: (the flimsiest of houses is the spider's house…)
(1) Physical weakness:The weakness is in the spider’s house and not the threads; for the Almighty says (the
flimsiest of houses). This is a clear indication that the weakness and frailty are within the spider's house and not
the spider's threads. This is a very precise indication. The threads of the spider's house are made of very delicate
silk. Therefore, they do not protect from the heat of the sun, or the extreme cold. These threads do not form adequate
shade, nor protect from the rain, storming winds, or the dangers of attackers. This is despite the miraculous building
of this house.

(2) Spiritual weakness:The spider’s house, spiritually speaking, is the flimsiest of all houses, because it is deprived
of all love and kindness, which are the pillars of any happy home. The female, in some types of spiders, kills the
male as soon as the fertilization takes place.
In some cases, the female eats its youngsters mercilessly. In some types, the female dies after fertilizing its eggs,
which are usually fostered in a silk bag. When the eggs hatch, spiderlings come out to find themselves in a very
crowded place inside the eggs bag. The siblings then start to fight for food, space or both. The brother kills its
brother and sister, and the sister kills its sister and brother, until the fight ends with a few spiderlings remaining.
These spiderlings shed their skin and tear the eggs bag to come out one after the other with unhappy memories.
They all then spread in the surrounding environment. Each female starts to build its house. On the road to achieve
this goal, some of the spiderlings die, whereas those who survive repeat the same tragedy. This makes the spider’s
house the most violent and ruthless house, lacking all forms of kinship. Hence, Allah the Almighty sets it as a
parable in its weakness and frailty because it lacks the simplest form of kindness between the husband and wife,
the mother and her children, the brother and his siblings, and the sister and her siblings.

Some Hidden Quranic Signs:

A- The house of the spideris not merely its dwelling place. Being the sticky net it is, it constitutes a trap for flying
insects such as flies and others. These insects are a prey on which the spider feeds. Similarly, those idolaters who
revere gods besides Allah, and call people to those revered gods, are in fact calling them to an artful trap which leads
them to their death and destruction in this life and the afterlife. Allah, the Almighty, said:
Allah forgiveth not that partners should be set up with Him; but He forgiveth anything else, to whom
He pleaseth; to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin Most heinous indeed.
Surat Al- Nesaa: 48

B- Warning against those with corrupt invocations who revere others besides Allah, whether money or whim. This
warning is issued through indicating their hidden strings with which they hunt their victims. These strings can be
money, sex, power, or any other hidden string which destroys the victim once it is trapped.

New war against Islam?

Assalamu3alaikum...
Wa3alaikumsalam...

Read the details here.
http://muslimmatters.org/2009/10/07/with-scholars-like-these/

Few days ago, a sensational incident happened in a high school in Egypt.

Make it short, former Grand Mufti of Egypt,
Dr. Sayyid Muhammad Tantawi, gave a new "FATWA" to a
16 years old high school girl that:
“The Niqab (face-veil) is nothing but culture – it has absolutely no relationship whatsoever with the
religion of Islam.”

He is at least 3 times older than the girl and the incident happened when the Shaikh was addressing to a group
of young female high school students.

When the girl refused to remove her Niqab, Dr. Sayyid Muhammad Tantawi said:
“…and I know the religion better than you, and those who gave birth to you (i.e., your parents).”

Finally, the Shaikh managed to forced her to remove her Niqab. Then the Shaikh said to the girl that:
Ama law kunti hilwa shuwaya la-amilti eh?”
“So if you were even a little beautiful, what would you have done then?”

From the details from article above, interesting to note that,
concluded his respond to the above mentioned incident by saying that:

"with scholars like these….who needs the French?! "
Kindly noted that, France already banned the wearing of hijab in schools.

What will be our respond to this incident? France, Italy and Canada already began their work to ban the
wearing of Niqab.

Will this be the new war against Islam?

Lailatul Qadar

Assalamualaikum...
Waalaikumsalam...

Al-Qadar (kemuliaan), 97:1-5

segala perkara (yang ditakdirkan berlakunya pada tahun yang berikut);

Aisyah ra berkata, “Wahai Rasulullah, bagaimana menurutmu apabila aku mengetahui Lailatul
Qadr? Apa yang sebaiknya aku ucapkan?” Beliau bersabda, ’Ucapkanlah,

Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun kariim tuhibbul ‘afwa fa’fu’anni'.
"Ya Allah, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Pemaaf lagi Maha Mulia yang menyukai permintaan
maaf,
maafkanlah aku”

(HR Tarmidzi dan Ibnu Majah)

Bilakah malam Lailatu Qadar?

Narrated by 'Ubada bin As-Samit: The Prophet came out to inform us about the Night of Qadr
but two Muslims were quarreling with each other. So, the Prophet said, "I came out to inform you
about the Night of Qadr but such-and-such persons were quarreling, so the news about it had been
taken away…”
(HR Bukhari)

Narrated by Abu Said Al-Khudri, Rasulullah s.a.w said: "…Whoever was in Itikaf with me should
stay in Itikaf for the last ten days, for I was informed (of the date) of the Night (of Qadr) but I have
been caused to forget it. (In the dream) I saw myself prostrating in mud and water in the morning
of that night. So, look for it in the last ten nights and in the odd ones of them…"

Nuzul Quran

Assalamualaikum...
Waalaikumsalam...

sejarah dan ringkasnya miracle of the miracles.

s.a.w. menerima wahyunya yg pertama di Gua Hira'. Tarikh 17 ramadhan ini tidaklah disebut secara
terang dlm Al-Quran.

sebagainya.

Al-Quran telah melalui 2 peringkat. Peringkat pertama, Al-Quran (semuanya) diturunkan dari Al-Lawh
Al-Mahfuz (Preserved Tablet) ke langit dunia. Peringkat kedua, diturunkan secara beransur2 kepada
Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.

Al-Quran:
- mengandungi 6666 ayat (termasuk bismillah)
- 114 surah
Allah s.w.t.
- mukjizat Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.

iaitu surah At-Taubah (Surah ke-9).

Selepas kewafatan Nabi
Muhammad s.a.w., berlaku perang secara besar-besaran sehingga menyebabkan ramai yg terkorban
(mati syahid).

Turkey.

Qalb (Heart)

"Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and whose QALB find rest in
the
remembrance of Allah, Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do QALB find rest."
(Al-Quran 13:28)

1. Question: What does Qalb (Heart) mean and what is it?

Answer: It means "Driven Force" towards Soul or Ego, or good or evil. It is a conical-shaped piece of flesh in the
body. Outwardly its task is the pumping of blood and inwardly it is the computer of the whole body. If it is purified,
the whole body is improved, and if it is corrupted then the whole body is perverted.

2. Question: What properties does man's heart have?

Answer: The heart possesses billions of cells. Every few rows of the cells are allocated for the perception of
specific states. For example, the perception of lust, and the inspection of truths and perversions and other
diseases are a part of the signs of the heart's cells. The Holy Quran talks about them in several places.

"...They have Hearts wherewith they understand not..."
(Quran 7:179)
[the Knowledge of the Heart]

"...Indeed, it is not the eyes that grow blind, but it is the Hearts which are in the breasts that grow blind"
(Quran 22:46)
[Sight of the Heart]

"In their Hearts is a disease..."
(Quran 2:10)

3. Question: How could all these properties be contained in the Heart, whereas it seems to be a
piece of flesh?

Answer: The tongue is a piece of flesh, as well, but each part of it is specified to feel particular tastes. For
example, the tip of the tongue is fixed for sweetness, its sides for sourness, its end for bitterness, and it has
other partitions as well. Likewise, the Heart has its separate Nuclei for the perception of things.

The same way, the brain is one piece but, through the Grace of Almighty God, each part of it is arranged for
conservation and perception of specific matters of our five senses.

4. Summary of Verses From Al-Quran Related to Qalb

It is the heart which softens 39:23, or hardens 2:74
It is the heart that goes blind and refuses to recognize the truth 22:46
It is the heart that inspires the function to reason and understand. 7:179; 22:46; 50:37
In the heart, lies the root of all outward diseases 5:52
It is the seat of all inner ills 2:10
The heart is the abode of faith 5:41 and hypocrisy 9:77
It is the heart, which is the centre of all that is good and bad, whether it be contentment and peace 13:28,
the strength to face afflictions 64:11, mercy 57:27, brotherly love 8:63, God-Consciousness 49:3; 22:32;
or, doubt and hesitation 9:45, regrets 3:156, and anger 9:15

Housmanship Extended to 2 Years

Tan Sri Dr Mohd Ismail Merican, the Director-general of health said that the ministry has extended the
housmanship
duration for medical graduates to 2 years so that they can strongly kick start their career.

He said “Previously the housemanship duration was only for a year in three compulsory disciplines in either
medicine, paediatrics, surgery or medicine, surgery and obstrectics and gynecology (O&G) - with four months
in each posting. Now it was compulsory for them to be trained in six disciplines namely general medicine,
pediatrics, surgery, orthopedics, O&G and emergency medicine with four months in each postings over a
period of two years.

All housemen would be employed on scale UD41 (RM1999- RM5317) and upon successful completion of
their housemanship training, they would be confirmed in service and promoted to UD44 (RM3028- RM5570)
scale. If their performance was not up to the standard, the period of training could be extended,"

Hollywood Movie Cliches

BINOCULARS & GLASSES
- A villain will always commit murder right in front of the window when someone with binoculars is watching

BOMBS
- Evil geniuses who devise bombs to destroy things/people always have them detonate after at least an hour,
giving the hero ample time to defuse it

- When you cut the wire to the detonator, the timer will stop. You will not be able to do this, however, until
only one second remains.

- All wires have different colors, so the hero can easily differentiate them when he has to cut the right one

CARS & DRIVING
- There are always people carrying around large sheets of glass on the street during a car chase

- A car that crashes will always explode in a ball of flames, but not until the hero can pull the important
passengers to safety

DINING
- The hero and heroine in love always get a great table in a restaurant, even in New York City at lunch
on Saturday

ELEVATORS
- Movie elevators are always ready at that floor. But if the hero/heroine is being chased, elevator won't come.

HEROES
- The hero always misses the villan leaving the scene by seconds

- Heroes can go without food or sleep, with no measurable drop in physical or mental faculties, for at
least 72 hours.

- When a hero gets a bloody nose, he'll stop bleeding almost immediately

HOUSES
- Any apartment in Paris will have a view of the Eiffel Tower

SPORTS
- In any type of sport movie, a player on the field can look up into a crowd of 1 billion and immediately spot
their loved one.

TIME
- Movie timing is always exact. If a phone trace will take two minutes, for example, you can be sure that that
means 120 seconds, not a fraction more or less. Same for bombs, amount of time to get to a destination, etc

- Corollary to the above: all characters in a movie have their watches perfectly synchronized

VILLAINS
- The bad guy is the foreigner.

- Whenever a villain has captured the hero, he will pause for 5 minutes to tell the hero every detail of his
plan to destroy and/or rule the earth, including times, dates, and addresses

WOMEN
- Women always fight other movie women by pulling hair, falling to ground together, rolling over twice

- Women also scream or make some other noise at the precise moment the villain is close enough to hear

The earlier new design of RM50 banknote was issued in December 2007 to commemorate Malaysia's 50th
Anniversary of Independence. This current series will no longer have the logo of the country's golden jubilee
celebrations and will have, enhanced security features.

The enhanced security features incorporated in this new design of RM50 banknote are:

- The Colour Shifting Security Thread which replaces the existing security thread and is embedded in the
paper. The thread appears on the reverse side of the note as coloured intermittent lines. When held against light,
it is seen as a continuous dark coloured line and the repeated text of BNM RM50 can be read. When the note is
tilted, the colour of the thread changes from red to green and vice versa. Under ultra-violet light, the repeated text
of BNM RM50 will fluoresce yellow and the thread is seen as a continuous fluorescent yellow line when the
banknote is viewed from the obverse.

- The Two-Coloured Fluorescent Elements is an additional invisible printed feature on the reverse of the note.
Under ultra-violet light, a complex design two-colour numeral 50 will fluoresce.

The existing security features which are designed for public verification remains as follows:

- The Watermark Portrait can be recognised by tints that are lighter or darker than the surrounding paper. This
watermark portrait which has a three-dimensional effect appears without sharp outlines. At the base of the
watermark, the numeral 50 is clearly visible.

- Perfect See-Through Register features the songket design on the obverse and reverse of the banknote when
it is held against the light.

- Invisible Fluorescent Elements of the background on the obverse and reverse of the banknote which fluoresces
in different colours under ultra-violet light.

- Micro-Letterings of "BNM RM50" which can be viewed under a magnifying glass.

- Holographic Stripe features the numeral 50 and hibiscus flower.

- Multicolor Latent Image where the numeral 50 is visible when the banknote is tilted slightly and changes
color when it is rotated.

- Anti-Scanner feature in which certain design cannot be captured by scanning machines.

- Braille Feature for the visually impaired.

The new RM50 banknote, thus incorporates various modern and innovative security features principally aimed at
deterring counterfeiting. Members of the public are advised to take note of the security features and design outlined
above. The existing design series of the RM50 banknote will continue to remain legal tender and will co-circulate
with the new RM50 banknotes as the former are gradually phased out. No time limit has been set on the duration
of co-circulation.

To a 2-L jacketed round reactor vessel (reactor #1) with an overall heat transfer coefficient of about 100 Btu/F-ft2-hr,
add ingredients one, two and three with constant agitation. In a second 2-L reactor vessel with a radial flow impeller
operating at 100 rpm, add ingredients four, five, six, and seven until the mixture is homogenous. To reactor #2, add
ingredient eight, followed by three equal volumes of the homogenous mixture in reactor #1. Additionally, add
ingredient nine and ten slowly, with constant agitation. Care must be taken at this point in the raction to control
any temperature rise that may be the result of an exothermic reaction. Using a screw extrude attached to a #4
nodulizer, place the mixture piece-meal on a 316SS sheet (300 x 600 mm). Heat in a 460K oven for a period of
time that is in agreement with Frank & Johnston's first order rate expression (see JACOS, 21, 55), or until golden
brown. Once the reaction is complete, place the sheet on a 25C heat-transfer table, allowing the product to come
to equilibrium.

A Man Argues that Wine Should be Halal

A man came to Iyas Ibn Mu'awiyah, a Muslim judge famous for his wisdom, and the following
conversation took place between them:

Man: What is the Islamic ruling regarding wine?

Judge: It is Haram (Forbidden).

Man: How about water?

Judge: It is Halal (Permissible).

Man: How about dates and grapes?

Judge: They are Halal.

Man: Why is it that all these ingredients are Halal, and yet when you combine them, they
become Haram?

The judge looked at the man and said: If I hit you with this handful of dirt, do you think it would
hurt you?

Man: It would not.

Judge: How about if I hit you with this handful of straw?

Man: It would not hurt me.

Judge: How about a handful of water?

Man: It surely would not hurt me.

Judge: How about if I mix them, and let them dry to become a brick, and then hit you with it,
would it hurt you?

Man: It would hurt me and might even kill me!

Judge: The same reasoning applies to what you asked me!!

How to Identify GOD

According to many dictionaries, the below is the definition of God:
1. The ONE Supreme Being, The Creator and Ruler of the universe
2. A being conceived as the perfect, omnipotent, omniscient originator, the principal object of faith and worship

Having said the definition of GOD, now let us see How We Can Identify GOD.

1. GOD must be UNIQUE (none co-equal or comparable unto Him). He has no comparable in His Essence
or in any of His Attributes

2. GOD must be The One to Whom all created beings turn to for all their needs, and Who is not dependent
on anything or anyone for any need (the Self-Sufficient Master)

3. GOD must not begets nor He was begotten

Only when all these three attributes/parameters are fulfilled, then, congratulations!
You've identified GOD.

Now, let us see what is mentioned in the Al-Quran:

"Say (O Muhammad (SAW)): He is Allâh, (the) One. Allâh the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures
need, (He neither eats nor drinks). He begets not, nor was He begotten; And there is none co-equal or
comparable unto Him." (Al-Quran 114:1-4)

Army of Elephants

The following incident is mentioned in Surah Feel of the Holy Quran and it happened during the period of
the birth-year of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Abraha Al-Ashram was the governor of Yemen on behalf of the king of Ethiopia. He (Abrahah) thought to build
a house (like the Kabah at Makkah) in Sana (the capital of Yemen) and call the Arabs to perform the pilgrimage
there in Sana instead of the Kabah in Makkah, with the intention of diverting the trade and benefits from Makkah
to Yemen. He presented his idea to the king of Ethiopia who agreed to it. So the house (church) was built and
he named it Al-Qullais; there was no church of its like at that time. Then a man from the Quraish tribe of
Makkah came there and was infuriated by it, so he relieved his nature (stools and urine) in it, soiled its walls
and went away.

When Abrahah Al-Ashram saw that, he could not control his anger and raised an army to invade Makkah
and demolish the Kabah. He had in that army thirteen elephants and amongst them was an elephant called
Mahmud which was the biggest of them. So that army proceeded and none amongst the Arab tribes that
faced them (fought against them) but was killed and defeated, till it approached near Makkah. Then there
took place negotiations between Abrahah Al-Ashram and the chief of Makkah (Abdul Muttalib bin Hashim,
the grandfather of the Prophet), and it was concluded that Abrahah would restore the camels of Abdul Muttalib
which he had taken away, and then he (Abrahah) would decide himself as regards the Kabah. Abdul Muttalib
ordered the men of Makkah to evacuate the city and go to the top of the mountains along with their wives and
children in case some harm should come to them from the invading oppressors.

Then that army moved towards Makkah till they reached valley Muhassir. While the army was marching towards
Makkah, in the middle of the valley, suddenly it was overtaken by flocks of birds, flocks after flocks, air-raiding
that army with small stones slightly bigger than a lentil seed. There never fell a stone on a soldier except it
dissolved his flesh and burst it into pieces. So they perished with a total destruction. Abrahah Al-Ashram fled
away while his flesh was bursting into pieces till he died on the way (back to Yemen). Such was the victory
bestowed by Allah, (the All-Majestic, All-Powerful) to the people of Makkah and such was the protection provided
by Him for His House (Kabah in Makkah).

Engineer's Joke

There are four engineers traveling in a car; a mechanical engineer, a chemical, an electrical engineer and a
computer engineer. The car breaks down."Sounds to me as if the pistons have seized. We'll have to strip down
the engine before we can get the car working again", says the mechanical engineer. "Well", says the chemical
engineer, "it sounded to me as if the fuel might be contaminated. I think we should clear out the fuel system.
"I thought it might be an grounding problem", says the electrical engineer, "or maybe a faulty plug lead." They
all turn to the computer engineer who has said nothing and say: "Well, what do you think?" "Ummm - how about
if we all get out of the car and get back in again?

Antara 2 Cinta

-by The Zikr

Apa yang ada jarang disyukuri
Apa yang tiada sering dirisaukan
Nikmat yang dikecap
Baru kan terasa bila hilang
Apa yang diburu timbul rasa jemu
Bila sudah di dalam genggaman

Dunia ibarat air laut
Diminum hanya menambah haus
Nafsu bagaikan fatamorgana di padang pasir
Panas yang membahang disangka air
Dunia dan nafsu bagai bayang-bayang
Dilihat ada ditangkap hilang

Tuhan leraikanlah dunia
Yang mendiam di dalam hatiku
Kerana di situ tidakku mampu
Mengumpul dua cinta
Hanya cinta-Mu kuharap tumbuh
Dibajai bangkai dunia yang ku bunuh

Hadis 04

Sahih Bukhari

Narrated by Aisha (the wife of the Prophet):
I bought a cushion having on it pictures (of animals). When Allah's Apostle saw it, he stood at the door and
did not enter. I noticed the sign of disapproval on his face and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I repent to Allah and
His Apostle. What sin have I committed?' Allah's Apostle said. "What is this cushion?" I said, "I have bought
it for you so that you may sit on it and recline on it." Allah's Apostle said, "The makers of these pictures will
be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to them, 'Give life to what you have created (i.e.,
these pictures).' " The Prophet added, "The Angels of (Mercy) do not enter a house in which there are pictures
(of animals)."

Rain Formation

How rain was formed remained a great mystery for quite some time. Only after the weather radar was invented
was it possible to discover the stages by which rain is formed. According to this discovery, the formation of rain
takes place in three stages. First, the "raw material" of rain rises up into the air with the wind. Later, clouds are
formed, and finally raindrops appear. The Qur'an's account of the formation of rain refers exactly to this process.
In one verse, this formation is described in this way:

It is Allah Who sends the winds which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills.
He forms them into dark clumps and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them.
When He makes it fall on those of His servants He wills, they rejoice.
(Qur'an, 30:48)

Now, let us examine these three stages outlined in the verse in more detail.

FIRST STAGE: "It is Allah Who sends the winds..."

Countless air bubbles formed by the foaming of the oceans continuously burst and cause water particles to be
ejected towards the sky. These particles, which are rich in salt, are then carried away by winds and rise upward
in the atmosphere. These particles, which are called aerosols, function as water traps, and form cloud drops by
collecting around the water vapour themselves, which rises from the seas as tiny droplets.

SECOND STAGE: ".... which stir up clouds which He spreads about the sky however He wills. He forms
them
into dark clumps..."

The clouds are formed from water vapour that condenses around the salt crystals or dust particles in the air.
Because the water droplets in these clouds are very small (with a diameter between 0.01 and 0.02 mm), the
clouds are suspended in the air, and spread across the sky. Thus, the sky is covered in clouds.

THIRD STAGE: "…and you see the rain come pouring out from the middle of them"

The water particles that surround salt crystals and dust particles thicken and form raindrops, so, drops that
become heavier than the air leave the clouds and start to fall to the ground as rain.

As already discussed, every stage in the formation of rain is related in the verses of the Qur'an. Furthermore,
these stages are explained in exactly the right sequence. Just as with many other natural phenomena on the
Earth, Allah gave the most correct explanation of this phenomenon, and made it known in the Qur'an centuries
before it was discovered.
