Bomoh and Malays are inseparable, says Don
(Bernama) -- The traditional healers in the Malay society, known as bomoh, remain indispensable even
in the modern age of e-medicine.
Prof. Dr Hashim Awang, an academician at the University Malaya's Malay Studies Academy, said the
bomoh would continue to thrive as modern medicine could not cure all human ailments.

We couldn't agree more with the learned professor. That's why all boleh universities these days
train high quality and advanced bomohs in their various University Hospitals. "MBBS" means
Malaysian Bomoh specialising in Bovine Scatology. So fear not fellow citizens, your health is
now fully secured! Semua-nya OK!
Crisis in Malaysia’s public universities?
At least the medical faculties of our pubic universities are doing something right by having the
advance bomoh programs. I understand our MBBS are going to be world recognized spiritual
heelers - i.e. to frighten any manifestation of ghostly chicken flu by making the infection take to
their bacterial heels. We may not have a crisis after all?
